เดินหน้าความร่วมมือไทย–ญี่ปุ่น: สถาบันการพยาบาลศรีสวรินทิรา สภากาชาดไทยร่วมลงนาม MOU กับวิทยาลัยพยาบาลนานาชาติ สภากาชาดญี่ปุ่นคิวชู

เมื่อวันที่ 7 พฤษภาคม 2568 เวลา 14.30 น. สถาบันพยาบาลศรีสวรินทิรา สภากาชาดไทย ได้จัดพิธีลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ (Memorandum of Understanding: MOU) กับวิทยาลัยพยาบาลนานาชาติสภากาชาดญี่ปุ่นคิวชู (Japanese Red Cross Kyushu International College of Nursing:) ผ่านระบบออนไลน์ Zoom โดยมี ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.กนกวรรณ สุวรรณปฏิกรณ์ อธิการบดี เป็นประธานในพิธี พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหาร ร่วมต้อนรับคณะผู้แทนจาก JRCKICN นำโดย Prof. Dr. Yuko Ikematsu อธิการบดี JRCKICN

บันทึกข้อตกลงฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระหว่างสองสถาบัน ครอบคลุมด้านการแลกเปลี่ยนนักศึกษาและบุคลากร การจัดกิจกรรมทางวิชาการ การฝึกอบรม และการดำเนินการวิจัยร่วมกัน ซึ่งถือเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาพยาบาลให้สามารถแข่งขันในระดับนานาชาติ

พิธีการเริ่มต้นด้วยการกล่าวเปิดงานโดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.กนกวรรณ สุวรรณปฏิกรณ์ อธิการบดร สถาบัน ซึ่งได้เน้นย้ำถึงความสำคัญของการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการกับต่างประเทศ พร้อมแสดงความยินดีต่อการเริ่มต้นความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้ ซึ่งจะเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของพัฒนาการที่ดีร่วมกันระหว่างสองสถาบัน

จากนั้น Prof. Dr. Yuko Ikematsu ได้กล่าวแสดงความยินดี พร้อมทั้งแสดงเจตนารมณ์ที่ชัดเจนในการสานต่อความสัมพันธ์อันแน่นแฟ้น ระหว่าง JRCKICN และ STIN อย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยเน้นว่าความร่วมมือนี้จะช่วยสนับสนุนเป้าหมายการพัฒนาศักยภาพของนักศึกษาและบุคลากรทั้งสองฝ่ายในระยะยาว ลำดับถัดมา ดร.วิไลเลิศ คำตัน ได้กล่าวสรุปสาระสำคัญของบันทึกข้อตกลง จากนั้นผู้แทนจากทั้งสองสถาบันได้ลงนามในบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือทางวิชาการร่วมกันอย่างเป็นทางการ

บรรยากาศพิธีลงนามในครั้งนี้เป็นไปอย่างอบอุ่นและเป็นกันเอง โดยพิธีปิดลงด้วยการถ่ายภาพร่วมกันแบบออนไลน์

ทั้งนี้ พิธีลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงในครั้งนี้นับเป็นอีกหนึ่งก้าวสำคัญหนึ่งของสถาบัน ในการเดินหน้าเชื่อมโยงความร่วมมือกับพันธมิตรในระดับนานาชาติ เพื่อพัฒนาและยกระดับการศึกษาพยาบาลไทย

On May 7, 2025, at 2:30 PM (Thai time), Srisavarindhira Thai Red Cross Institute of Nursing (STIN) hosted an online Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony with Japanese Red Cross Kyushu International College of Nursing (JRCKICN) via Zoom. The ceremony was presided over by Assistant Professor Dr. Kanogwan Suwanpatikorn, President of STIN, accompanied by members of the executive board, who warmly welcomed the delegation from JRCKICN led by its President, Professor Dr. Yuko Ikematsu.

This MOU aims to foster academic collaboration between the two institutions through student and faculty exchange programs, joint academic activities, training initiatives, and collaborative research. These efforts are intended to enhance the quality of nursing education and strengthen its competitiveness on an international scale.

The ceremony commenced with an opening address by Assistant Professor Dr. Kanogwan Suwanpatikorn, who emphasized the importance of building strong international academic networks. She also expressed heartfelt congratulations on the launch of this meaningful partnership, which marks the beginning of a promising journey of mutual growth and cooperation between STIN and JRCKICN.

Following the opening remarks, Professor Dr. Yuko Ikematsu delivered a congratulatory speech, reaffirming JRCKICN’s sincere commitment to fostering a long-term, robust relationship with STIN. She highlighted that the partnership would play a crucial role in advancing the academic and professional development of students and faculty on both sides.

Subsequently, Dr. Vilailert Komtan presented an overview of the key elements of the agreement. Representatives from both institutions then proceeded with the official signing of the Memorandum of Understanding.

The signing ceremony concluded in a warm and cordial atmosphere with a virtual group photo to commemorate the occasion.
