เมื่อวันที่ 20 กุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2568 สถาบันการพยาบาลศรีสวรินทิรา สภากาชาดไทย นำโดยอาจารย์ ดร.วิไลเลิศ คำตัน รองอธิการบดี ให้การต้อนรับ Professor Dr. Fumihiro Takase และนักศึกษาปริญญาตรีชั้นปีที่ 1 จาก Japanese Red Cross Kyushu International College of Nursing ประเทศญี่ปุ่น ณ ห้อง 910 ชั้น 9 อาคารสิรินธรานุสรณ์ ๖๐ พรรษา สถาบันการพยาบาลศรีสวรินทิรา สภากาชาดไทย โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้และศึกษาดูงาน ณ สถาบันและหน่วยงานของสภากาชาดไทย ดังต่อไปนี้

เวลา 09:00 – 10:30
สำนักบรรเทาทุกข์และประชานามัยพิทักษ์ สภากาชาดไทย โดย พลโท นายแพทย์อำนาจ บาลี ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์ฯ และคณะฯ ให้ความอนุเคราะห์ต้อนรับคณะศึกษาดูงานดังกล่าว โดยมีการบรรยายสรุปภารกิจสำนักบรรเทาทุกข์ฯ พร้อมทั้งเยี่ยมชมคลังสัมภาระผู้ประสบภัย ณ ห้องประชุม ชั้น 10 อาคารเทิดพระเกียรติสมเด็จพระญาณสังวรฯ
เวลา 10.00 – 12.00 น.
สถานเสาวภา สภากาชาดไทย ให้ความอนุเคราะห์คณะศึกษาดูงานจาก JRCKICN และตัวแทนจากสถาบันเข้าเยี่ยมชมสวนงู
ช่วงบ่าย
เวลา 13.00-14.30 น.
ศูนย์วิจัยโรคเอดส์และโรคติดเชื้อ สภากาชาดไทย โดยผู้บริหารและเจ้าหน้าที่ให้การต้อนรับคณะจาก JRCKICN เข้าเยี่ยมชมและศึกษาดูงานภารกิจด้านการแพทย์ ณ คลินิกนิรนาม ศูนย์วิจัยโรคเอดส์และโรคติดเชื้อ สภากาชาดไทย
เวลา 15.00 – 16.30 น.
ศูนย์บริการโลหิต สภากาชาดไทย ได้รับเกียรติจาก อ.นพ.อภิสิทธิ์ ทองไทยสิน รักษาการในตำแหน่งหัวหน้าฝ่ายวิชาการ และการศึกษาต่อเนื่อง ภาคบริการโลหิตแห่งชาติ และคณะฯ ให้ความอนุเคราะห์ในการต้อนรับคณะจากJRCKICN เข้าเยี่ยมชมและศึกษาดูงาน ด้านบริการโลหิตของศูนย์บริการโลหิตแห่งชาติ อาทิ ขั้นตอนการรับบริจาคโลหิต การเจาะเก็บโลหิต การรับบริจาคโลหิตเฉพาะส่วน และการตรวจคัดกรองคุณภาพโลหิตก่อนนำไปใช้รักษาผู้ป่วย

Srisavarindhira Thai Red Cross Institute of Nursing welcomes Professors and Nursing Students from Japanese Red Cross Kyushu International College of Nursing
On February 20th, 2025, the Srisavarindhira Thai Red Cross Institute of Nursing, led by Vice President Dr. Vilailert Komton, warmly welcomed Professor Dr. Fumihiro Takase and first-year undergraduate students from the Japanese Red Cross Kyushu International College of Nursing, Fukuoka, Japan. The visit aimed to foster knowledge exchange and provide insights into the various bureaux under the Thai Red Cross Society. The event was held in Room 910 on the 9th floor of the Sirindharanusorn Building and other Thai Red Cross bureaux as follows.
Morning Sessions:
09:00 – 10:30 a.m.: Relief and Community Health Protection Bureau of the Thai Red Cross, led by Lieutenant General Dr. Amnat Balee, Director, hosted the visiting group. The group received an overview of the Bureau’s mission and visited the disaster relief supplies warehouse on the 10th floor of the Memorial Building for Somdej Phra Yannasangworn.
10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.: Saovapha Red Cross Institute welcomed visitors for a guided tour of the Snake Farm, offering insights into its research and educational activities.
Afternoon Sessions:
01:00 – 02:30 p.m.: AIDS and Infectious Diseases Research Center of Thai Red Cross Society provided an overview of its medical services, including a visit to the anonymous clinic, highlighting its role in public health and disease prevention.
03:00 – 04:30 p.m.: National Blood Center of Thai Red Cross Society, led by Dr. Apisit Thongthaisin, Acting Head of the Academic and Continuing Education Division, introduced the group to the center’s blood donation services. The session covered the processes of blood collection, specific blood component donation, and blood quality screening to ensure safe transfusions for patients.
Srisavarindhira Thai Red Cross Institute of Nursing extends sincere gratitude to all bureaux that contributed to the success of this collaborative exchange, reinforcing the commitment to global healthcare education and cooperation.
